7 readers will WIN a prize.
Guess which fHtW blog post has been transformed into a cartoon.
The first person to e-mail the correct guess to fromHelltoWIN@aol.com will be selected as the winner.
OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility:
The From Hell to Win Guessing Game 2013 (the
"Game") is open to the readers/visitors of From Hell to Win:
Prayers for Life’s Challenges (www.fromhelltowin.com) at the time of entry.
Entry/How to Play/Prizes:
Beginning Wednesday, November 13, 2013, From Hell to Win: Prayers for Life’s
Challenges readers/visitors will have the opportunity to guess which blog post has been animated on a weekly basis. Every Wednesday, for seven (7) weeks, beginning Wednesday, November 13, 2013 and ending Wednesday, December 25, 2013 (November 13, 20, and 27, December 4, 11, 18 and 25), between the hours of 7:00am EST and 7:00pm EST, one (1) cartoon will be posted on From Hell to Win’s website (www.fromhelltowin.com).
From Hell to Win readers/visitors are required to submit their guess (answer) via e-mail to fromHelltoWIN@aol.com. The first person to
submit the correct guess (answer) via e-mail will win a prize. Approximate retail value
of each prize is $10. Maximum one (1) entry per person, per cartoon. Multiple
entries and mass entries by means of software generated or other automated
processes will be disregarded in the sole discretion of From Hell to Win. From
Hell to Win will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or
illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission
failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation,
malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with
sender or From Hell to Win. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be
deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which
they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the
natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider,
online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding
the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be
determined by From Hell to Win in its sole discretion, and From Hell to Win
reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be
tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Game. Seven (7) total cartoons will be posted, resulting in seven (7) different winners. A person can only win once—the same person cannot
win multiple times throughout the Game.
Winner Notification and Acceptance:
Winners will be notified via e-mail. Failure to reach winners by e-mail may
result in disqualification, and selection of a substitute winner. Winners may
waive their right to receive their prize. Except where prohibited by law,
participation in the Game constitutes each winner's consent to the
publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any
media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further
compensation. No other prizes will be awarded. No cash value.
Participation:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of From Hell to Win and Game judges, which shall be final in all
respects. From Hell to Win reserves the right to disqualify persons found
tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Game as solely
determined by From Hell to Win. In the event the Game is compromised by
tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which
corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation
of the Game, From Hell to Win reserves the right in its sole discretion to
suspend, modify or terminate the Game. Should the Game be terminated
prior to the stated expiration date, From Hell to Win reserves the right to
award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
